Whether you have a single fleece or a whole season’s clip, Hill Country Wool turns raw fiber into finished product right here in the Texas Hill Country. Our mill in Ingram handles each step by hand and in small batches, from washing and picking to carded batts, sliver, pindrafted roving, and two-ply yarn in fingering through worsted weights. We also offer dyeing and felted goods, so one trip can take your wool, alpaca, or other fiber from the ranch to something ready to spin, knit, weave, or felt.
We run the mill the way we’d want our own fiber handled: with care, with clear communication, and with respect for where it came from. Orders start at 5 pounds, and a 50% deposit holds your place in the mill schedule.
